I was really thrilled that there are advances on the Peyton/Lucas front. Really thrilled.
But now I'm reading spoilers and while no one has anything even remotely definitive, I'm starting to think it's not the end of Brooke/Lucas. Which just annoys me. I think OTH filled the gap left behind by Dawson's Creek in a really large way. 4 out of the 6 seasons of Dawson's Creek revolved around the Dawson/Joey/Pacey love triangle and it really got old. I'm starting to think OTH might be falling into the same trap. For once, can we see people move on from the same old drama to different things?! Why can't there be six seasons of innovative, original, independent thought? Gah!
This is what happens when you take prime-time teen tv shows seriously.
